Can we rent a mobile home?

No. We are a community of home owners.

How much is the Lot Rent?

Lot rent is $375.00 per month for Pinebreeze Lot rent is $390.00 per month for Pinebreeze II

Is a background check required to move in?

Yes – we check for residential evictions and felony convictions.

How much does that cost? $30.00

Do I have to sign a lease?

A one year lease is required for the lot.

Do you have any mobile homes available for sale now?

Please call for availability.

What are your office hours?

Office hours are 9am to 4pm Monday thru Friday

What is included in the lot rent?

Lawn maintenance, common area maintenance and trash collection.

Is The Mobile Home Park only for people 55+ ?

No. The Mobile Home Park is a community of people of all ages.

Are utilities included in the lot rent?

No. Water and sewer are charged based on usage.

What happens if something in my home needs repaired?

You as the homeowner are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of your home but if you need assistance, our maintenance staff will be happy to assist you for a fee.

Are pets allowed at the Mobile Home Park?

Yes, but no dogs allowed.

Do you have any mobile homes for rent?

No. We no longer rent homes.

Do you have security personnel?

We do not have private security but the Jacksonville Sheriff Offices is always happy to help when there is an issue

Do I have to cut my own lawn?

We have a lawn service that takes care of all open yards in the park, but if you have a fenced in yard then it is your responsibility.
